The institute presents an education system that goes beyond chalk and talk; it believes in imparting its students the basic and advanced knowledge of a subject as well as technical details; most of the class rooms are provided with modern teaching aid facilities. Teaching at IGES just has not been confined only too few set standards and patterns and most of the courses are integrated with on-field exposures, clinical postings at hospitals, interactive interactions with faculties and expertise, by attending seminars and scientific deliberations. The laboratories of this institute are well-equipped with modern cutting edge equipments, few are extra-ordinarily sophisticated as far as paramedical institute is concerned; laboratories can claim to have facilities for undertaking high quality research. The institute has excellent computer and library facilities with supporting staff. The professional courses are so well designed and authorized from appropriate bodies. It is my frank submission that I have been exploiting my long experience in one of the most premier paramedical institutes of Nursing & Health Sciences to build up this college to one of the finest and well sought after professional degree paramedical colleges of Jammu. Incidentally, the college has already been acclaimed as a model institute of paramedical study in Jammu.
