❖ The above Special Rates are net & non-commissionable

❖ All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation, unless the The Myte Group has agreed upon a firm room allotment.

❖ All the bookings are confirmed against the advanced payments; therefore 50% Deposit is required enabling us to confirm the reservation & rest 50% to be Deposited at the time of arrival.

❖ Check-in time is 01: 00 and Check-out time is 12:00. All guests arriving before 14:00 will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.

❖ Late check out is subject to availability on the day of Check- out and the following charges may apply: until 16:00 hours - 50% off Contract Rate and thereafter a full night charge applies. Guaranteed access to Rooms prior to 14:00 can be granted subject to availability by paying additional full night charge.

❖ No charge for children under 5 years old, including complimentary breakfast, Sharing bed with Parents

❖ Children 5 – 12 years old Sharing existing bed with parents and will be charged as per the rates mentioned above in the Rate Grid

❖ Extra person (Adult) / Child (12 years old and above) will be charges as per the rates mentioned above in the rate grid.

❖ If acts of God or government authorities, natural disasters, or other emergencies beyond a party’s reasonable control make it illegal or impossible for such party to perform its obligations under this Agreement, such party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party without liability.
