The final leg of the journey will take you to Paro, a picturesque region known for its fertile rice fields and the crystal-clear Paro River. Paro is home to the iconic Taktsang Monastery, popularly known as the Tiger's Nest Temple. Perched dramatically on a sheer cliff face, this sacred Buddhist site offers an awe-inspiring trekking experience and is considered one of the holiest sites in Bhutan. Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Bagdogra. Transfer to Phuentsholing.

1. Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, meet our representative who will help you board your transfer to Bhutan..
2. Enjoy your drive to the last Indian border town called Jaigaon, after which you will enter Bhutan..
3. Here, you will arrive in Phuentsholing and complete the permit formalities..
4.Reach your hotel in Phuentsholing and check in to your hotel..
5. Overnight stay in Phuentsholing.

Day 2: Phuentsholing to Thimphu. Travel to the capital city of Bhutan.

1. Post breakfast in the morning start your drive to Thimphu.
2. Today’s road journey will take you through some of the most beautiful countryside landscapes of Bhutan.
3. You will pass through some meandering mountain roads lined with broad leaves forests, waterfalls, quaint villages, and towns to reach Thimphu..
4. En route, take a small stopover at the Chuzom Bridge from where you will see a beautiful confluence of the Paro and Thimphu rivers, along with a beautiful portrait of the King and Queen as a welcoming sign to Bhutan..
5. By evening, reach Thimphu and check in to your hotel..
6. If time permits, you can choose to explore Thimphu - the only city in the world without traffic lights or explore the local markets..
7. Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 3: Simply Bhutan Visit and transfer to Phobjikha Valley via Dochula Pass. Overnight stay in Phobjikha valley.

1. Post breakfast and check-out we will visit Simply Bhutan. Simply Bhutan is a Museum flaunting the rich Bhutanese culture to the world.
2. Later we will depart to Phobjikha Valley via Dochu La Pass. Dochu La Pass is a mountain pass in the snow covered Himalayas within Bhutan on the road from Thimphu to Punakha.
3. We will spend some time admiring the surrounding views of the Himalayas while sipping a hot cup of tea/coffee in the cafe at the pass.
4. We will also visit the 108 Druk Wangyal Chortens that are built on the pass in memory of the Bhutanese soldiers who died in “Operation All Clear” in 2003.
5. Later we will resume our journey to Phobjikha. Overnight stay in Phobjikha.

Day 4: Visit to Gangtey Monastery, transfer to Punakha and on the way visit Suspension bridge. Overnight stay in Punakha

1. Have your breakfast in the morning and get ready for the day.
2. First stop will be Gangtey Monastery. The Gangteng Monastery, generally known as Gangtey Gonpa or Gangtey Monastery, is an important monastery of Nyingmapa school of Buddhism, the main seat of the Pema Lingpa tradition.
3. Later we will start our journey to Punakha. After lunch, embark on a short hike to Chimi Lhakhang (temple of fertility) - a temple dedicated to Lam Drukpa Kuenley (Divine Mad Man).
4.This place is considered the origin of Phalluses as the symbol of fertility and protection where childlss couples usually seek blessings so that they conceive.
5. Further, we will head to the scenic rocky valley of Chandanwari (depending on the weather condition) where you can also enjoy an exciting pony ride (at your own expense).
6. We will end our day by visiting Suspension Bridge. The bridge offers a spectacular view of the river and valley.
7. Check in the the hotel. Overnight stay in Punakha.

Day 5: Visit Punakha Dzong . Transfer from Punakha to Paro. Overnight stay in Paro.

1. Wake up in the morning and have your breakfast in the morning.
2.Post breakfast get ready to visit Punakha Dzong. The Punakha Dzong, also known as Pungthang Dewa chhenbi Phodrang, is the administrative centre of Punakha District in Punakha, Bhutan.
3. Later, get ready to board your transfers to Paro.
4. Arrival in Paro and check-in to the hotel.
5. Further, we will start our trek from Nilnag lake to Yusmarg which is also known as 'Meadow of Jesus'.
6. Have your dinner and overnight stay in Paro.

Day 6: Paro Local Sightseeing. Hike to Tiger’s Nest.

1. Post breakfast in the morning, get ready to watch the most magical sight of Bhutan.
2. Today, we will visit the famous Taktsang Monastery (Tiger Nest Temple), located 11 kms from Paro.

3. We will then start the hike through the beautiful pine forest to reach the magnificent Taktsang Monastery.
4. You will have to hike for 2-4 hours (depending on your speed), to reach one of the holiest sites in Bhutan which clings impossibly to a sheer cliff face 900 meters above the valley. 5. Spend some peaceful time walking around the monastery listening to the prayer chants, sound of the fluttering flags or quietly meditating in the caves of the monastery. 6. After spending enough time in the monastery, we will start our return journey to Paro 7. Overnight stay at the hotel in Paro.
Day 7: Paro to Siliguri. Embark on a scenic road journey.

1. Have your breakfast in the morning and get ready to start your return journey.
2. You will board your transfers and start a beautiful return road journey.

3. Enjoy this road journey and cross Phuetnsholing to reach India.
4. Reach Siliguri by evening, check-in to the hotel and rest for the day. 5. Spend some peaceful time walking around the monastery listening to the prayer chants, sound of the fluttering flags or quietly meditating in the caves of the monastery. 6. After spending enough time in the monastery, we will start our return journey to Paro 7. Overnight stay at the hotel in Paro.
Day 8: Paro to Siliguri. Embark on a scenic road journey.

1. After breakfast in the morning, check-out and reach Bagdogra airport (by your own) according to your flight timing.
2. Take back a treasure of happy memories to cherish for lifetime..
