Bangus and Lolab: These twin offbeat places are situated in the far reaches of Kashmir. These places have the least tourist footfall. They are ideal places to spend a couple of days if you need peace and rejuvenation. The mornings are peaceful, the weather is pleasant, and has thick vegetation. In these places, the villages are scant, and the local population is thin. You will be transported to a quaint place with nothing but serenity and natural beauty as your companions.

Athwatoo: Athwatoo is a quaint tourist resort. It is the least visited tourist place in Kashmir. Enjoy your stay here in a tree house full of peace and the music of nature. You can indulge in fishing, hiking, and pony riding here.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1:
Arrive at Srinagar Airport. Snow Glide Express representative will receive you at the airport. Transfer to the Standard houseboat in Dal Lake. Spend the rest of the day in Shikara riding and exploring dal lake.

Day 2:
Post Breakfast, transfer to Bangus. The drive takes around 3 hours. Check in the guest house at Reshwari Bangus. Explore both small and big bangus. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the lush meadows of Bangus.

Day 3:
Post Breakfast, drive to Lolab. The valley is full of serenity and exotic experiences. You will reach Lolab by 11. Spend the rest of the day in exploring Lolab Valley.

Day 4:
On this day drive to Athwatoo – a traditional offbeat place of Kashmir. This resort is situated just in the vicinity of famous Wular Lake. On the way visit Wular Lake and Manasbal Lake.

Day 5: Departure
Leave for the airport.
