Day 3: Khajjar Chamba Chemra LakeAfter breakfast, proceed towards Khajjiar which is a vast emerald green meadow with thick forested slopes of deodars. This place is also known as "Gulmarg of Himachel Pradesh" and "Mini Switzerland of India". It is 23 Kms from Dalhousie by road and 13 Kms from Kalatop. Khajjiar is a forest glade of great beauty, 6400 feet above sea level. You may enjoy Paragliding here during peak tourist season. Day 4: Manali Sight SeeingAfter Morning breakfast to get all set for visiting the prime attractions of Manali. Visit Hadimba Devi Temple, an ancient temple around 450 years old that is dedicated to Hadimba Devi wide of one of the Pandava brothers Bhim, Jagatsukh- a small village that houses old shikara-style temples and Vashisht Kund- hot water sulphur springs. Later in the day explore the Tibetan Monastery and the handicraft centre. Take a walk upto the old Vashisht village. Back to the hotel for dinner. Stay overnight.
Day 5: Manali Rohtang Pass ManaliThe day is scheduled for enjoying the sights and experiences at Solang Valley and Rohtang Pass. Our pre arranged car will take you to enjoy the spectacular views of glaciers and snow-capped mountains. Solang Valley falls on the way to Rohtang Pass and is around 14 km from Manali. Along with its beautiful scenery, the place also offers adventure opportunities like Zorbing and Paragliding. The next visit of the day is to Rohtang Pass, covered with snow all-round the year, lying at an elevation 3978 m, it is open from June to October. Enjoy playing with snow here. The day would be filled fun activities and various mesmerizing sights. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.Rohtang Pass excursion is not included our package cost, due to Manali Taxi Union. It will be chargeable extra payable directly by the guests as per the taxi union permit. Day 2: Manali JispaOn the Day 2, leave your beds early. Get ready for an exciting day. Start your bike ride by driving on the stunning Rohtang Pass, positioned at an altitude of 3798 m. The excitement of driving on this pass lies in the fact that this is an extremely challenging road with hairpin bends. The weather conditions are most of the times uncertain too. You come across a number of tourists who have come here to enjoy snow activities. Drive via Lahaul Valley, nestled amid snow-clad peaks. Arrival to Jispa is in late evening. Day 3: Jispa SarchuThe day is going to be equally amazing. Start your bike journey to Sarchu, the next beautiful destination. As you drive past Jispa, you enter the Greater Himalayan Landscape. Notice that size of the mountains has become bigger than the previous roads. Treat your eyes to the wonderful views as you are driving on Baralachha Pass (5000 m). Continue your ride till you reach Sarchu, a village that forms the border line between Himachal Pradesh and Kashmir. Arrive at the Sarchu Camp. The rest of the day is for relaxing. Day 4: Sarchu LehThe journey today is going to be a challenging as you are going to ride your bike via flatlands and entering into mountainous range horizon. Keep driving on the world's highest mountain pass, Tanglang-La Pass (5300 m). As you cross the pass, you enter into the mountainous roads of Leh. On the way visit the very popular monasteries of Leh Thiksey and Shey, made on hilltops. On the borders of Changspa, check in to a hotel. Day 5: Khardung La PassOn the 5th day of the tour, get onto your bike to visit the very popular Khardungla Pass. Lying at an altitude of 18360 feet above the sea level, it is one of the world's highest mountain passes. Afternoon is scheduled for sightseeing in Leh, housing a mixed population of Buddhists and Muslims. Day 6: Leh Pangong LakeThe day is scheduled for visiting one of the most popular lakes in Leh, Pangong Lake. It is the largest brackish lake in Asia. The lake sprawls in India as well as China. Two-third area of the lake falls in China. The surroundings of the lake are breathtaking. The lake water is known to be changing colors during the day. Day 9: Sarchu ManaliOn Day 9 of the tour, start your bike through the plains of Sarchu. Till noon, you arrive at the Baralaccha plains.
